Ross Stores - - Responsibilities: Open and close the store as assigned, supervise Associates, and maintain a friendly, easy-to-shop environment.; Ensure proper merchandise presentation and keep the store clean and merchandised to standard.; Train and coach Associates on cash registers and front-end procedures; expedite customer lines.; Assist with front-end performance, loss prevention, and administrative duties as needed.; Manage floor moves, signing, fitting rooms, and back-stock compliance.
