Warehouse Associate

We are currently hiring for an experienced sit-down Forklift driver for a premier Bakery located in the Hayward, CA area.

Pay Rate: $21.50 per hour

Schedule:

Monday - Friday

6:00 AM - 2:30PM

MUST be available to work OT and weekends and be flexible with start and end times.

Job Duties/Responsibilities:

Safely load and unload shipments, conduct temperature checks and identify allergens.

Coordinate transportation of materials and finished goods between warehouses.

Maintain accurate inventory counts following FIFO rules for finished goods and raw materials.

Ensure S&R functions are executed accurately and updates are entered into ERP program within 30 min of each transaction.

Maintain cleanliness of warehouse and report any food safety concerns to management.

Separate allergens from non-allergens. Maintain warehouse equipment properly to ensure safe operation.

Job Requirements:

Must have at least 3 yrs of prior sit-down Forklift experience in a fast paced food/beverage production facility or food distribution warehouse.

Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds occasionally and engage in other physical activities.

Must be able to speak, read and write in basic English, perform math calculations and use a computer.

Able to work in a hot or cold conditions.
