Project Manager Of Fulfillment Center

This is a remote position. Remote but must be able to visit the store in San Francisco, CA. Fulfillment Center of a high-growth tech company. Must have B2B and B2C experience. Part Time (20 hours a week). 6-month contract. Health insurance available.

Job summary: As the project manager of fulfillment center, you will be part of a high-growth tech company with a collaborative culture. You will work with the events team and other cross-functional partners to build a scalable and efficient fulfillment center (swag store) for the business including the platform build, stakeholder onboarding, and store management.

Responsibilities:

• Partnership with cross-functional global teams, marketing, and other stakeholders to build a comprehensive roadmap for project strategies, timelines, and expectations
• Scalable and repeatable processes/templates/kits for global project deployment
• Optimize the fulfillment center based on year-over-year stakeholder feedback, survey data, business objectives, and other analysis
• Comprehensive internal communications across the business (workstream project management, executive briefs, broad employee comms, etc.)
• Utilization of the best platform technology, materials, and systems to take the fulfillment center to the next level
