  4. Translating user insights into technical requirements and advocating for the customer perspective in engineering decisions

  5. Establish and champion continuous delivery practices, mentoring team members on deployment strategies and ensuring reliable, frequent releases

  6. Lead by example in test-driven development and automation, building robust testing frameworks and fostering a quality-first culture

  7. Own production reliability and operational excellence, designing monitoring solutions, leading incident response, and implementing proactive measures to ensure system stability

  8. Mentor engineers on the team, conducting code reviews, and raising the technical bar across the organization

Who We're Looking For

  • 8+ years of software engineering experience with a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, including a proven track record leading large-scale projects and architecting scalable systems

  • Expertise in both object-oriented and functional programming approaches

  • Ability to find practical solutions to real user problems without compromising on quality

  • Thrive independently and collaboratively within a small team, with a passion for continuous learning and knowledge sharing
