Must-Have:

Description:
Hospital house supervisor overseeing bed control and operational needs.
Responsible for ensuring correct staffing levels and responding to codes/rapid response teams.
Represents administration and directs facility operations in the absence of leadership or management staff.
Supervises personnel across all departments.
Serves as an administrative liaison to all departments, agencies, and physicians.
Provides functional guidance to all units.
Acts as a resource for decision-making concerning patient care services and non-clinical services.
Ensures that hospital policies and procedures are properly interpreted and applied.
Experience required in managing staffing and patient care services.
Knowledge of regulatory requirements such as DPH, TJC, and OSHA is essential.
Must demonstrate crisis intervention skills and de-escalation techniques.
Experience in customer service, scheduling, and incident reporting is necessary.
Familiarity with infection control and isolation procedures is required.
Must adhere to HIPAA guidelines and ensure workplace safety.
Responsible for supervising nursing care delivered across all units.
Must be available for weekend coverage and on-call duties as required.
Candidates must provide a verification of work history for the past 7 years.
