Your Impact:

In this client-facing role, you will engage directly with senior members of the defense and security community, providing support on critical issues. Expect to travel up to 80% of the time as you collaborate with clients to address their toughest challenges in a dynamic and inclusive environment. Your work will encompass intelligence operations, in-depth analysis, and innovative solutions in science, technology, and engineering.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Conducting research and analysis to inform strategic decisions
  • Formulating and evaluating hypotheses
  • Developing actionable recommendations and assisting in implementation

You will work in teams of 3-5 consultants with diverse expertise across fields such as digital strategy and operations. Your qualifications and skills:

  • Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred (include GPA on resume if less than 8 years post-undergrad)
  • TS/SCI clearance
  • Willingness to travel frequently (upwards of 70%)
  • Outstanding academic and/or professional achievements
  • Aptitude for both quantitative and qualitative analysis
  • Proven leadership abilities through professional or extracurricular endeavors
  • Strong collaborative skills and ability to engage with diverse teams
  • Commitment to high standards of professionalism
  • Effective communication of complex ideas, both written and verbal
