About the Role

We are seeking experienced Inventory Management to support inventory accuracy, control, and compliance across our warehouse and distribution operations. This role plays a critical part in ensuring inventory integrity, supporting high service levels, and protecting high-value products in a fast-paced logistics environment.

What You'll Do

  • Maintain accurate inventory records across WMS, ERP, SOT and customer systems
  • Lead cycle counts, physical inventories, and reconciliation processes
  • Investigate and resolve inventory variances, shortages, and discrepancies
  • work with warehouse operations and sales operations to ensure inventory integrity from receiving through shipping
  • Support inventory security controls, especially for high-value or sensitive products
  • Prepare inventory reports, KPI metrics, and audit documentation
  • Support finance, customer, and insurer audits related to inventory controls
  • Identify process gaps and drive continuous improvement initiatives

What You Bring

  • 3–5+ years of experience in inventory management, warehousing, or logistics
  • Strong working knowledge of WMS and ERP(oracle) systems
  • Experience with cycle counting, inventory reconciliation, and variance analysis
  • High attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Advanced Excel and inventory reporting capabilities
  • Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced, accountability-driven environment

Nice to Have

  • Experience managing high-value or technology products
  • Exposure to multi-site or global inventory operations
  • Familiarity with audit, compliance, or security-driven environments (TAPA, CTPAT, ISO, SOX)
