Job Description – Architect of Record (California Senior Living Projects)

We are seeking a California Registered Architect to serve as the Architect of Record for senior living projects across California. This role offers strong growth potential, including the opportunity to evolve into a Lead Project Manager / Architectural Lead for a new branch office. Candidates based in Central California are preferred.

Key Requirements:

Active California Architect License (required)

Willingness to act as the firm's California Qualifier

Ability to sign and seal ACI projects in California

Proven experience in Independent Living and Assisted Living projects

Skilled Nursing experience is a plus

Full project lifecycle experience from Schematic Design through Construction Administration

Proficiency in AutoCAD (required)

Ability to provide a portfolio of construction drawings
