We have an exciting opportunity for a Technology Account Supervisor in our growing technology advisory practice. Responsibilities
Collaborate with senior team members to devise and implement communication strategies for mid-market and enterprise technology and cybersecurity clients, empowering them to enhance stakeholder confidence and distinctively position themselves through authentic messaging.
Establish and nurture media relations, identifying key contacts, conducting outreach, arranging interviews, and cultivating strong connections with journalists in technology and business sectors.
Work alongside senior colleagues and peers to create strategic messaging frameworks and storytelling techniques that simplify complex technical innovations into clear, unique propositions for target audiences.
Oversee day-to-day client relationships, synthesizing research and market insights to steer clients toward effective communication strategies, taking ownership of account management while involving senior members in strategic discussions.
Craft messaging strategies and pitch narratives that enable clients to clearly communicate the rationale behind their positions with authenticity.
Lead the implementation of integrated communications campaigns across various channels including PR, digital, social media, and internal communications, ensuring coherence with core narratives and coordination among team members.
Research and evaluate market trends and competitive landscapes to pinpoint positioning opportunities and recommend strategic communications to tackle competitive hurdles.
Support account growth by identifying opportunities where integrated communications can enhance client relationships and business outcomes, including product launches, recruitment initiatives, and stakeholder engagement.
Qualifications
4-6 years of public relations or communications agency experience with a solid understanding of technology and business fundamentals, showcasing analytical and creative thinking abilities.
A demonstrated passion for media relations, with a strong history of building relationships with technology, cybersecurity, and business journalists across both top-tier and trade media, along with proven success in securing meaningful media coverage.
Excellent project management and collaborative skills, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously, mentoring junior team members, and maintaining composure under tight deadlines.
Experience in executing integrated communications campaigns across diverse channels, possessing a keen ability to create cohesive campaigns that deliver consistent messaging and results.
Ability to leverage research and data to shape strategic recommendations and experience in utilizing insights to influence client strategy and positioning.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, capable of crafting compelling client communications, strategic plans, talking points, and bylined content; comfortable presenting ideas and recommendations.
Self-driven and resourceful problem solver, taking ownership of client success while balancing day-to-day operations and strategic opportunities.

The anticipated salary range for this position is $61,000 - $94,000, based on individual qualifications and experience, with a comprehensive benefits package available.
