Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to residents, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to the location.; Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, professional, and problem-solving manner, documenting activity and communicating with supervisors and/or local responders as needed.; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location, including interior and exterior areas, to help identify unusual activity, policy violations, and/or maintenance concerns.; Monitor entry and exit points, verify authorized access, and provide directions and support to guests and residents while maintaining awareness of security-related concerns.; Support a respectful environment within the shelter setting by observing resident interactions, reporting concerns, and following post orders and Allied Universal protocols.
