Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to residents, visitors, and staff by following Allied Universal site-specific policies, access procedures, and security-related protocols at a shelter location; Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including contacting onsite staff and/or emergency services as directed by post orders; Conduct regular and random foot patrols of interior areas, exterior grounds, parking areas, and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or property damage; Monitor entry and exit activity, assist with visitor check-in and/or resident sign-in procedures as assigned, and report unusual activity to site leadership; Complete detailed shift reports and incident documentation, including observations from patrols, policy violations, and maintenance concerns requiring follow-up
