Position Summary:
The Short Order Cook at Franklin Canyon Golf Course provides friendly, customer-focused service in a golf and hospitality environment. This is a highly guest-facing role, as golfers often gather in the snack bar and bar area after their rounds, making this position a key part of the overall guest experience. Responsibilities include bartending, preparing and serving food and beverages, operating point-of-sale systems, maintaining clean and organized service areas, and assisting with banquet and special events as needed. Team members are expected to follow all food safety and alcohol service guidelines, deliver excellent hospitality, and complete additional duties as assigned. Job does require light cashiering & bartending.
