Overview

Well established concrete contractor is hiring experienced Concrete Pump Operators to support ongoing commercial and public works projects throughout the Bay Area. This role offers top of market pay, consistent hours, and strong long term stability due to a smaller pump team and steady backlog.

Compensation

• Pay upwards of $70+ per hour depending on experience

• Significant overtime opportunity due to active workload

• Consistent weekly hours

Location and Schedule

• Pump pick up and dispatch from San Jose

• Projects throughout the Bay Area

• Early starts common, flexibility required

• Local work, no long distance travel required

Key Responsibilities

• Operate concrete pump trucks safely and efficiently

• Coordinate pours with foremen, finishers, and dispatch

• Set up, clean, and maintain pump equipment

• Perform daily inspections and basic maintenance

• Follow all safety procedures and jobsite protocols

• Communicate clearly with crews and site supervision

Preferred Experience

• Prior concrete xywuqvp pump operating experience required

• Strong understanding of concrete placement and flow

• Experience on commercial, public works, or large scale pours

• Valid CDL required

• Safety focused and dependable
