Job Details

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who knows how to run complex projects without getting lost in the weeds. You'll take full ownership of large-scale earthwork, grading, remediation, and heavy civil construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.

You'll be the point person driving progress, solving problems in real time, and keeping teams aligned in fast-moving environments.

• Lead planning, scheduling, and budgeting across multiple active projects
• Oversee field operations with a strong focus on productivity, safety, and execution
• Manage subcontractors, crews, and vendors to keep work moving efficiently
• Navigate permitting, compliance, and environmental regulations with confidence
• Partner with clients and internal teams to maintain clear communication and expectations
• Identify risks early and take action to keep projects on track

What You Bring

We're looking for experienced builders and project leaders—people who have been in the field, understand the pace, and can lead from the front.

• Background in managing projects involving earthwork, large-scale grading, remediation, or heavy civil construction
• Proven ability to run complex jobs with multiple moving parts
• Strong understanding of construction sequencing, logistics, and site operations
• Experience working with regulatory requirements, inspections, and safety standards
• Confident communicator who can lead teams and build trust with clients
• A bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Environmental Science, or similar is preferred
• Comfortable using project management tools and staying organized across multiple projects
• Ability to manage a project from start to finish.
