Front Desk Administrator
Compensation: $60,000- 62,400 annually
Location: San Francisco (onsite role, free parking; near major transit)
Schedule: Tuesday – Saturday, 9am–6pm
About the Role
A large residential community in San Francisco is seeking an onsite Administrator to support front desk operations, resident communication, and general office administration. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a resident-facing environment and enjoys providing warm, professional service.
Key Responsibilities
• Serve as the first point of contact for residents, guests, vendors, and callers
• Support service requests, amenity bookings, and general inquiries
• Maintain a tidy, welcoming front desk environment
• Respond to resident questions and concerns through digital platforms (Zendesk preferred)
• Assist with building notices, reimbursements, relocations, transfers, and community updates
• Help prepare responses for tenant-related matters, including Rent Board or Small Claims inquiries
• Collaborate with onsite and remote teams to ensure consistent communication
• Maintain internal tools such as knowledge bases, project boards, and SOPs
• Provide administrative support for projects, system updates, and resident communications
• Coordinate rentable items such as parking or storage when needed
• Track packages, vendor check-ins, and amenity appointments
• Support general office needs including supplies, scheduling, and event coordination
Qualifications
• 2+ years of experience in customer service, hospitality, or office administration
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
• Friendly, professional demeanor with strong organizational abilities
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, resident-focused environment
• Proficient with email, phone systems, and digital tools (Zendesk, Yardi, Monday.com preferred)
• High school diploma required; Associate degree preferred
• Bilingual skills are a plus (Spanish or Mandarin strongly preferred)
• Experience in property management or hospitality is highly valued
