Kisco Senior Living - - Responsibilities: Observe residents for any changes in condition and report to Care Services Director, RCC/DCC or appropriate physician; Provide medication set up and assistance; Log in medications from pharmacies, verify physician's orders and communicate any concerns immediately; Track all medications and re-order as needed; Perform tasks with residents: track vital signs, weight, diabetic testing and/or insulin injection (if state allowed), ambulation, and general activities
