Avenue5 Residential - - Responsibilities: Maintain grounds, amenities, building exteriors, leasing office, tour path, parking lots and other areas of the assigned property; Promote customer satisfaction by maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and curb appeal; Remove trash and other debris from office areas and property perimeter on a daily basis; Assist in the preparation of market ready units; Pressure wash exterior buildings, sidewalks, etc.
