Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities at a government location.; Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while documenting observations and actions taken.; Conduct regular and random patrols of buildings, platforms, parking areas, transit-related spaces, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity.; Monitor access points and public areas, verify credentials when required, and report unusual activity, hazards, and/or maintenance concerns to the appropriate personnel.; Support employees, visitors, and members of the public by giving directions, answering questions, and relaying security-related information in a professional manner.
