Ross Stores - 5733 Christie Avenue - Responsibilities: Maintain safe and secure environment at store entrances/exits and on sales floor; Provide visible command presence and courteous greetings to deter theft; Monitor for potential theft indicators and communicate findings to Store Leadership; Assist in minimizing operational shortage by training and educating Associates on shortage reduction initiatives; Support Loss Prevention initiatives as assigned by Store Leadership
