Associate Customer Service Rep
Duration: 1 year contract
Assignment is remote and expected to be onsite in Oakland 1-2 times per month
Pay: $19.00/hour - $19.50/hour

Position Summary
Establish and maintain customer accounts. This includes implementing contracts and customer services agreements, ensuring accurate and timely billing, establishing quality controls, and providing ongoing customer/client feedback. This role supports *** s mission of helping customers access programs that improve affordability and financial stability. Maintain quality standards and follow established procedures for customer outreach.
