Job Summary

Provide direct patient care in an inpatient behavioral health setting under RN supervision. Support patients using therapeutic communication, de-escalation, and structured care plans.

Requirements

• Active California LPT license (required)
• BLS
• CPI or TEAM preferred (can obtain onsite)
• 1+ year of psychiatric experience required
• High School Diploma or GED

Preferred

• Acute or long-term behavioral health experience
• Associate's degree or equivalent

Additional Details

• Adult, adolescent, and pediatric patient population
• No on-call
• Must be able to work flexible schedule including weekends
