Program Lead

We are seeking an experienced Program Lead to oversee the end-to-end implementation of ServiceNow across our organization. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully leading complex ServiceNow deployments, with a strong preference for experience in the following areas:

Job description: The program lead will be responsible for:

• Leading the end-to-end implementation of ServiceNow
• Providing leadership and direction to the ServiceNow implementation team
• Ensuring successful delivery of ServiceNow projects on time and within budget
• Developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders
• Providing technical and business expertise to drive ServiceNow initiatives

Requirements:

• Proven track record of successfully leading complex ServiceNow deployments
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture and best practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders
• Strong problem-solving skills
