About the Role

We're hiring a B2B Account Manager to build and grow relationships with our customers — senior leaders from top tech companies.

You'll manage accounts across several areas of our business:

  • Research, Advisory, and Training — custom projects and subscriptions for partner teams
  • Event Sponsorships / Services — Catalyst conference, summits, exec roundtables, and partner summits.
  • Content Sponsorships — reports, research, podcasts, and trend briefings
  • Memberships — executive memberships in our network

Your goal is to help every customer succeed, renew, and expand their relationship with Partnership Leaders.

What You'll Do

  • Manage a set of customer accounts and keep strong relationships
  • Lead renewal and upsell conversations
  • Find new opportunities across events, content, and services
  • Work with internal teams to make sure customers get great results
  • Track progress and update forecasts in our CRM (HubSpot)
  • Share customer feedback to help improve our offerings

Who You Are

  • 4+ years of experience in account management, partnerships, or B2B sales
  • Great at communicating with executives
  • Organized and good at managing multiple projects
  • Confident in renewal and upsell conversations
  • Experienced with mid-market or enterprise customers
  • Bonus: You've worked in partner or marketing roles before
