Cost Estimator

Position Overview

We have partnered with an Owners Representatives who has offices across the US, they have tasked us to identify an experienced Cost Estimator to support projects from initial conception through to close out, in some cases post contract too.

Projects vary in shape, size, industry and sector. Whether you're adaptable and have broad industry expertise or have specialised within a market, I'd like to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

• Develop conceptual, schematic, and detailed cost estimates
• Perform quantity take-offs and pricing analysis
• Support budget development during early design phases
• Conduct cost benchmarking and market analysis
• Evaluate value engineering options
• Collaborate with clients, design teams, and project stakeholders
• Review contractor pricing and change orders

Required Experience

• Experience working for an Owner, Owner's Representative, or Consultancy preferred
• GC and Owner's Rep backgrounds encouraged
• Strong understanding of ground-up construction
• Experience across full project lifecycle
• Ability to communicate clearly in client-facing environments

Must be a US citizen, Green Card holder, or hold a H1-B Visa ready for transfer.
