We are on the lookout for a dynamic and passionate Associate Attorney with a focus on Lemon Law & Consumer Warranty. Responsibilities:

1. Representing consumers in Lemon Law and warranty litigation cases, ensuring their rights are protected at all times.
2. Conducting thorough and detailed legal research to support case preparation and strategy development.
3. Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating settlement agreements to achieve the best possible outcome for our clients.
4. Preparing and filing legal documents, including complaints, motions, and briefs, in accordance with court rules and procedures.
5. Collaborating with other attorneys, paralegals, and legal assistants to manage caseloads efficiently and effectively.
6. Keeping clients informed about the progress of their cases and responding promptly to their inquiries.
7. Staying up-to-date with changes in Lemon Law and consumer warranty legislation and case law to provide accurate legal advice.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate for the Permanent Associate Attorney – Lemon Law & Consumer Warranty role should possess the following qualifications:

1. Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
2. Licensed to practice law in California.
3. 1-5 years of experience as a plaintiff's attorney, preferably in Lemon Law and/or consumer warranty litigation.
4. Excellent litigation skills, including experience in drafting pleadings, conducting discovery, and arguing motions.
5. Strong legal research skills, with proficiency in using legal research tools such as Westlaw or LexisNexis.
6. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-focused approach.
7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
8. High ethical standards and professional integrity.
