Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to staff, patients, visitors, and vendors by following site-specific access control procedures, visitor management protocols, and emergency response activities appropriate to a healthcare location.; Monitor entrances, badge access points, and restricted areas to help support authorized entry, verify credentials, and report unusual or suspicious activity.; Respond to incidents, access issues, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while documenting observations and communicating with supervisors and/or site contacts.; Conduct regular and random patrols around the location and perimeter, with attention to entry points, waiting areas, parking areas, and other sensitive healthcare spaces.; Assist with security-related screening processes, direction of foot traffic, and after-hours access requests while following post orders and privacy-aware workplace expectations.
