We're looking for a Lead Developer with 10+ years of experience in Java, React, and enterprise application development to drive innovation in our Supply Chain tech stack. Leading the development of high-impact, scalable applications. Mentoring developers and fostering best practices in architecture & design. Working across the stack with Java, React, MongoDB, Python, and Kafka. Building RESTful APIs and event-driven systems. Optimizing for performance, concurrency, and cloud deployment (AWS/Azure).
