Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls
Manage front desk operations, including signins and visitor coordination
Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area
Customer Service
Respond to customer questions and requests in person, by phone, or via email
Provide accurate information and route inquiries to the appropriate team
Deliver a positive customer experience by demonstrating empathy, patience, and professionalism
Handle basic customer concerns and escalate issues when necessary
Administrative Support
Assist with scheduling appointments and meetings
Perform light administrative duties such as data entry, filing, and document organization
Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries

Required Skills & Experience
- 2-3 years of customer service/front desk experience
- Prior customer service, hospitality, retail, or front desk experience
Familiarity with multiline phone systems
Experience working in an office or professional environment
