UAS Maintenance Program Manager

The UAS Maintenance Program Manager, assigned exclusively to one of JetPro's clients, based in the San Francisco Bay Area & Central/Northern California. This role involves traveling throughout the service territory to deliver and retrieve drones, perform routine maintenance, and ensure aircraft readiness.

Requirements:

• FAA Certificate. Current FAA Part 107 Remote Pilot Certificate required.
• Program Management. Proven experience in program management required, preferably in aerial inspections or utility sectors.
• Multiple Projects. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Transmission & Distribution Inspections. Experience with utility infrastructure and inspection standards preferred.
• Technical Aptitude. Basic technical aptitude for drone hardware and software systems. Previous UAS maintenance experience preferred but not required. Travel. Ability to travel frequently throughout the service territory.
• Valid Driver's License.
• PC Skills. Basic PC skills required, including but not limited to: Microsoft Office, electronic file management, simple graphic/photo management skills (sizing & cropping), Internet, and video conferencing.
• Organizational. Organizational skills & strict attention to detail with a passion for accuracy, including the ability to track maintenance and inventory accurately.
• Communication. Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Time Management. Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
