Client Partner – Project & Program Management Consulting

The role

We are looking for a Client Partner to grow and expand strategic accounts across the Bay Area.

This is a high-impact role combining consulting leadership and business development, focused on driving growth within existing clients and unlocking new opportunities

You will play a key role in strengthening our position with key accounts while delivering complex transformation programs.

What you will do

• Own and develop client relationships at senior level
• Identify, shape and close new opportunities within accounts
• Lead delivery of PMO / program / transformation engagements
• Position our capabilities and expand our footprint
• Contribute to team growth and build future account capacity

What we are looking for

• Background in consulting, PMO or program management
• Proven ability to grow accounts or contribute to sales cycles
• Strong exposure to senior stakeholders
• Track record delivering complex programs
• Appetite for business development within a consulting environment
• This is not a pure sales role — it is about growing accounts through delivery excellence and client trust
