Role Overview

The Associate will be an integral member of a lean deal team, gaining exposure across the full investment lifecycle, including:

• Deal sourcing and origination
• Market research and industry analysis
• Financial modelling and transaction execution
• Portfolio company monitoring and strategic support

This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment with significant interaction with senior leadership and portfolio company executives.

Candidate Profile

• 2+ years of experience in top-tier investment banking or management consulting
• Strong preference for experience in technology or tech-enabled services
• Undergraduate degree from a highly regarded institution with a GPA of 3.5+
• Demonstrated analytical rigor, intellectual curiosity, and strong communication skills
