Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities within a retail location; Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while documenting relevant details and notifying appropriate personnel; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the sales floor, entrances, parking areas, stock areas, and perimeter to help identify unusual activity and/or policy concerns; Monitor access points, observe customer and visitor activity, and report suspicious behavior, maintenance issues, and/or potential hazards to site management; Support loss prevention and store operations by assisting with crowd management, closing procedures, and/or other security-related duties as assigned at the location
