Job Overview

As a Customer Service Teller, you will be the welcoming face of our bank, assisting both customers and non-customers with their financial needs. You'll handle routine transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments while embracing every opportunity to connect with our clients on a personal level. Additionally, you'll inform customers about other products and services that can enhance their financial journey. Basic Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least six months of experience in cash handling and customer service
  • Physical requirements may include standing for extended periods and lifting up to 50 pounds

Preferred Skills & Experience

  • Strong interpersonal and customer service abilities
  • Proficient navigation skills on computers
  • Basic reading, writing, and math skills
  • Clear and effective communication skills with both customers and coworkers
  • Bilingual abilities are a plus

Location Expectations: This role requires work to be conducted on-site at a U.S. Bank branch for all scheduled shifts.
