• Assist guests and owners proactively, ensuring all inquiries are addressed with follow-ups when necessary.
• Efficiently register guests and manage the rooming chart.
• Process payments, including cash, checks, and credit cards, ensuring correct change is provided.
• Verify credit acceptance by reviewing identification and managing credit card authorizations.
• Maintain accurate cash handling by balancing the drawer at the start and end of each shift.
• Reconcile the night's financial transactions and prepare detailed reports.
• Respond promptly to guest inquiries and requests with a friendly approach.
• Provide pre-arrival support for guests with special packages to enhance their experience.
• Facilitate effective communication and correspondence with guests.
• Remain knowledgeable about all resort operations and services to assist guests effectively.
• Act as the key liaison for the services and sales center.
• Collaborate seamlessly with fellow resort associates and utilize available resources.
