Introduction

Emran Law Firm is expanding and seeking an experienced Personal Injury Case Manager to join our growing team. This is an on-site position in San Francisco or Irvine (Orange County) with flexible scheduling (20–32 hours/week) and a pathway to full-time.

Role Description

We're looking for a proactive, organized Personal Injury Case Manager with 2+ years of plaintiff‑side PI experience to manage a pre‑litigation caseload and support attorneys throughout the case lifecycle.

Core Responsibilities

• Manage pre-litigation PI cases from intake through demand
• Conduct detailed client intakes and maintain ongoing communication
• Order, track, and organize medical records and bills
• Draft demand letters and prepare settlement packages
• Communicate with clients, providers, insurers, and opposing counsel
• Assist attorneys with case evaluation and damages analysis
• Maintain calendars, deadlines, and workflow systems
• Prepare files for potential litigation handoff

Requirements

• 2+ years of plaintiff‑side Personal Injury case management
• Strong communication and client-service skills
• Ability to manage a high-volume caseload with accuracy
• Experience in preparing demands and working with medical documentation
• Experience with Medical Lien Negotiations
• Prior law firm experience required
• On-site availability in SF or Irvine
