Responsibilities:

• Prepare and prosecute patent applications in electrical engineering, software engineering, and computer science-related fields.
• Collaborate with attorneys and clients on patent filings and portfolio strategy.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies and trends.

Qualifications:

• Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Computer Science, or Physics.
• 3+ years of patent preparation and prosecution experience.
• Technical expertise in areas like AI, data science, machine learning, network security, and RF circuitry.
• USPTO admission required.
