A litigation-focused law firm is seeking an Associate Attorney with litigation experience to join its San Francisco office.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle all phases of litigation, including drafting pleadings, motions, discovery, and legal memoranda

Conduct legal research and analysis and prepare high-quality written work product

Assist with depositions, hearings, mediations, and trial preparation

Manage multiple matters simultaneously in a fast-paced environment

Collaborate with partners, associates, and staff while also working independently

Engage directly with clients early in your career

Qualifications:

Active member of the California Bar in good standing

2–5 years of litigation experience

Strong academic background

Excellent legal writing and communication skills

Strong analytical skills with close attention to detail

Ability to manage competing deadlines and priorities

Preferred Experience:

Retail trade litigation

Construction disputes

Complex commercial litigation

Government contracts

Employment law matters, particularly wage-and-hour class actions and PAGA claims
