Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00AM-4:30PM

Contract Duration: 3 months

Pay Rate: $31/hour

Join our team as an Administrative Office Assistant! We're looking for a motivated individual to support our client in a dynamic office environment where you can make a difference.

Scope of Duties:

  • Schedule patients for Physical Therapy and Occupational Therapy.
  • Collect copays and handle cash, check, and credit card transactions efficiently according to hospital policies; maintain accurate transaction logs.
  • Manage patient phone calls, providing assistance with appointment coordination and follow-ups.
  • Provide comprehensive front desk and back desk administrative support.
  • Assist the Office Coordinator with obtaining insurance authorizations, tracking status, and communicating with both therapists and patients regarding insurance specifications.
  • Maintain well-organized records and ensure precise documentation is upheld.
  • Utilize Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook to perform daily administrative functions effectively.

Required Qualifications:

  • Outstanding customer service skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Experience in managing patient phone calls and scheduling appointments.
  • Front desk and back desk administrative office experience is essential.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Prior experience in a Physical Therapy clinic is preferred.
