This role focuses on Live Operations for DoorDash's Dasher Shop & Deliver service. Key Priorities for This Role:

1. Live Operations & Problem-Solving
   • Proactively reach out to Dashers to set expectations and provide order instructions.
   • Address real-time Dasher issues with urgency and empathy.
   • Troubleshoot problems without predefined solutions (critical thinking is key).
2. Process Optimization & Efficiency
   • Execute workflows to ensure high Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are met.
   • Identify operational trends and provide feedback to improve processes.
   • Develop expertise in DoorDash's products, processes, and tools.
3. Strong Communication Skills
   • Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
   • Ability to adapt tone to match DoorDash's brand voice.
   • Work cross-functionally with internal teams.
4. Technical Proficiency
   • Must be comfortable with Google Sheets (analyzing and organizing data).
   • Experience using G-Suite, Slack, Atlassian, Salesforce is a plus.
   • Typing speed of 40 WPM or higher.
5. Preferred Background
   • 2+ years in customer service, operations, or logistics in technology, hospitality, grocery, or convenience.
   • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
   • Spanish fluency is a bonus.
