FNP or PA needed in San Rafael, CA

About the Position:

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate provider with at least 3 years of hands-on primary care clinical experience to join our team. Responsibilities include:

• Delivering direct patient care, including physical examinations, evaluations, assessments, diagnoses, and treatment for a specified patient population.
• Consulting with staff physicians as needed.
• Prescribing medications, treatment plans, and other necessary pharmaceuticals within the scope of practice.
• Referring patients to specialists and coordinating appropriate follow-up care.
• Overseeing and coordinating patient care activities with nursing and support staff.
• Adhering to departmental policies, procedures, and objectives, including quality improvement, safety, and infection control standards.
• Participating in health promotion, education, and prevention programs as appropriate.
• Assisting in performance improvement initiatives such as quality assurance, peer review, and staff development.
• Maintaining professional relationships with staff and patients.
• Supporting the coordination and integration of clinic outreach programs under the direction of the Medical Director.
• Performing other duties as necessary to achieve clinic goals and objectives.

Compensation & Benefits:

• $50,000 signing bonus for select applicants (terms apply).
• Competitive salary range: $135,000 $160,000 per year.
