Description:

Encore Talent Solutions is currently seeking a Regional Sales Representative for a position located in San Francisco, CA.

What You'll Do:

As an individual contributor, you will be responsible for driving sales growth across the Midwest. Your key responsibilities include:

  • Identifying and capitalizing on market opportunities to maximize sales impact and contribute to long-range growth strategies.
  • Developing compelling proposals and estimates that align with company standards and customer objectives.
  • Cultivating and maintaining strong relationships with large and key accounts, understanding their evolving needs to inform new product development.
  • Executing a strategic plan to build relationships within the public and private fleet community, significantly increasing our specification rate in RFPs.
  • Actively engaging in industry-associated functions and maintaining trade contacts in line with company policy.

What You'll Bring:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field is highly preferred. We will also consider candidates with a High School Diploma and a proven track record of directly related experience.
  • 5+ years of successful sales experience.
  • Highly desirable experience selling fuel management, GPS, EV, automation systems, telecommunications, electrical systems, construction services, or technology solutions to commercial and government fleet operations.
  • Ability to travel 50% or more monthly within the assigned territory.
  • Exceptional verbal, written, organizational, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and a strong working knowledge of CRM systems.
  • Valid driver's license in good standing.
