An emerging AI-native cloud platform is scaling its U.S. go-to-market engine and needs a seasoned commercial leader who can stand at the crossroads of GPU-powered infrastructure, complex enterprise buying cycles, and hyperscale customer expectations. Reporting directly to the executive team, you will manage senior-level conversations that translate cutting-edge architecture into business outcomes while guiding pricing and deal structure on eight- and nine-figure opportunities.

What You'll Do
  • Lead C-suite and VP-level engagements with hyperscalers and large cloud buyers, setting the tone for solution scope, commercial terms, and long-range partnership strategy.
  • Partner with in-house architects to articulate GPU cluster, storage, and network designs in language that resonates with procurement and finance stakeholders.
  • Negotiate on pricing, contract vehicles, service-level benchmarks, and capacity-planning milestones, balancing margin goals with customer value.
  • Develop win/loss maps, executive relationship matrices, and expansion road-maps that turn first wins into enterprise-wide footprints.
  • Capture field intelligence on competitive moves, buyer objections, and emerging workload trends to refine messaging and product/feature prioritization.
Required Qualifications
  • 10+ years leading customer-facing roles in cloud infrastructure, AI platforms, servers, storage, or adjacent domains.
  • Credibility selling servers, storage, GPUs, or cloud platforms to hyperscalers or Tier-1 enterprises; backgrounds with OEMs (Dell, HPE, Super Micro, Lenovo, etc.) or silicon providers (NVIDIA, AMD) are highly valued.
  • Demonstrated success managing the full customer life-cycle - from discovery through contract signature and initial deployment - on transactions exceeding $10 M ARR or equivalent CAPEX.
  • Fluency in modern AI / ML infrastructure concepts (Kubernetes, high-bandwidth fabrics, object storage, observability) sufficient to mentor peers and challenge architects constructively.
  • Gravitas, storytelling ability, and a data-driven approach to relationship management; able to travel across the West Coast for in-person sessions as needed.
Preferred
  • Prior experience launching AI, GPU, or accelerated computing offerings.
  • Existing senior relationships inside Bay-Area hyperscaler or enterprise infrastructure accounts.
  • Background spanning both mature OEMs and high-growth start-ups.
