POSITION: Program Assistant II - Full-time, on-site, M-F 9-5

SALARY: $28.25 hour ($58, 766.42 annualized) with excellent benefits including 15 days of vacation, 15 days of sick leave,

and 14 holidays, with medical and dental insurance benefits and daily, paid, hour lunch break.

THE ORGANIZATION: Conard House, Inc. is a non-profit organization that focuses on empowering people and restoring hope for our community members and workforce. The position is with the Supportive Housing and Community Services Programs (SH/CS) located in our administrative office, which provides housing, case management, money management and income advocacy at eleven housing sites and two community service locations. QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor's Degree (preferred) or two years of experience performing a support function in social services administration setting. Must have good written and verbal communication skills and effective organizational skills. Ability to work as a team member towards common goals and objectives. Demonstrate positive customer service and client-centered approaches when interacting with the community. Proficient in MS Office. Must complete a background check after conditional job offer.

DUTIES:

  • Answer inquiries for supportive housing and community services, screen calls, divert calls to appropriate departments and staff voice mail, take accurate messages when necessary and distribute them in an efficient manner.
  • Greet visitors and direct guests to the appropriate department.
  • Produce and distribute monthly meeting/training calendars.
  • Produce and maintain calendars and reservations for administration meeting rooms.
  • Assist Dir. of Clinical Services in creating and maintaining health records.
  • Assist in creating, maintaining, and distributing program policy updates.
  • Track and file agency Key Performance Indicators for Programs and Services.
  • Schedule and Host Zoom meetings as requested by Directors.
  • Collect and maintain annual staff certification trainings and on-line courses.
  • Create and maintain staff user accounts for money management software and Uber Health.
  • Maintain supply inventory and order supplies as needed. Maintain stock for staff kitchen/break area.
  • Track and file program staff vacation request forms.
  • Manage office petty cash fund and department credit card purchases. Accurately prepare and submit receipts and requests for reimbursement to accounting.
  • Partner with outside organizations to help coordinate holiday meal services at SHP sites.
  • Request, distribute, and track Taxi vouchers, Narcan, condoms, and other on-site support products for SH/CS programs.
  • Support Directors with projects as assigned.
  • Perform other duties asassigned.


Monday to Friday
9am to 5pm
