Part-Time Medical Assistant – Boutique Plastic Surgery Practice (San Francisco)

Are you a Medical Assistant who loves working in a close-knit, patient-focused environment? This is your chance to join a boutique plastic surgery practice where quality care, aesthetics, and teamwork truly matter.

Located in the beautiful Presidio Heights neighborhood, this small but dynamic practice is looking for someone who can wear multiple hats, support a solo provider, and bring positive energy to both patients and the team.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Be the friendly face of the office—supporting front desk operations, answering phones, and coordinating patient schedules
• Assist with PRP (Platelet-Rich Plasma) procedures—the primary clinical focus of the role
• Prepare treatment rooms, organize tools, and assist with charting
• Provide administrative support when the doctor is out of office
• Help create a smooth, elevated patient experience from start to finish

What We're Looking For:

• Medical Assistant experience (required)
• Experience with or interest in PRP treatments (highly preferred—we're happy to train the right person!)
• Someone adaptable, proactive, and excited to work in a small team setting
• A team player who enjoys both clinical and administrative responsibilities
• Strong communication and organizational skills

(No phlebotomy required!)

Schedule & Details:

• Part-Time | 28–30 hours/week
• Monday–Thursday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Friday: 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM
• Potential for long-term/perm opportunity
