Join IntelliSource as an Electric Vehicle Security Operations Specialist and play a crucial role in an innovative mobility technology team. This is an exciting chance to contribute to advanced driver-assistance systems (ADAS) within real-world ride-sharing environments.

As an integral member of our team, you will focus on enhancing the passenger experience and safety, ensuring smooth vehicle pickups, drop-offs, and route navigation. Your role will involve collecting valuable feedback to refine our technology and bridging the gap between the vehicle's autonomous systems and the feedback platform, ensuring safe and efficient operations in ever-evolving environments.

Shift Options: Day, Afternoon, or Night Shift - This role requires at least one weekend day as part of your regular schedule.

Shift Differential: Enjoy a 15% increase in pay for Afternoon and Night shifts in addition to your base hourly wage.

Typical Shift Length: 6-8 hours per day

Overtime: Possible but not guaranteed.

Travel: Domestic travel may be required.

Job Duties:

  • Safely operate engineering vehicles with supervised ADAS functionality during 6-8 hour shifts, prioritizing passenger safety and comfort.
  • Engage with riders through greetings, route adjustments, and addressing concerns or questions.
  • Navigate complex environments like construction zones and crowded areas while monitoring system performance and intervening when necessary for safe operation.
  • Conduct pre-shift vehicle readiness checks, including software verification, sensor status, cleanliness, and general safety assessments.
  • Support testing in diverse cities and varying weather conditions.
  • Collect and provide insightful feedback, suggesting process improvements to enhance data collection and the rider experience.
  • Document detailed daily drive reports, noting observations, anomalies, and issues.

Qualified Candidates Will:

  • Hold a valid driver's license (required).
  • Exhibit strong situational awareness for potential hazards (e.g., cyclists, pedestrians, low-visibility signage).
  • Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Be tech-savvy with advanced PC skills (especially Microsoft Office Suite) and comfortable using tools for data collection and troubleshooting.
  • Be flexible with availability, including at least one weekend day.
  • Be comfortable in a safety-sensitive role that may involve drug testing in accordance with client policy and applicable law.
