As our founding Biz Ops Manager, you'll build the operational and analytical foundation that scales AirOps to $100M and beyond. This is a high-ownership, high-leverage rolepart operator, part strategist, part builderwhere no task is too small and no problem is too ambiguous. You'll systematize the repetitive, sprint into the strategic, and help the business run faster and smarter at every layer.

What You'll Do

• Build and own the operating cadences that keep AirOps aligned and movingAnnual Planning, WBRs, OKRs, etc.
• Design AI-native workflows across Deal Desk, Business Reporting, and workspace management using AirOps, Claude, and other tools
• Embed into functions for 24 week strategic sprintsdiagnosing problems, structuring solutions, and driving them to completion
• Own deep analytical workleadership reporting to deep-dive analyses across pricing, customer cohorts, sales capacity, strategic forecasting, etc.
• Identify and size new opportunitiesverticals, pricing motions, expansion playswith clear unit economics and a path to execution
• Manage core operational infrastructure: compliance, vendor management, and G&A services

Who You Are

• 46 years of experience in strategy, consulting, chief of staff, or business operations role in a high-growth environment.
• Highly analyticalyou build revenue models, cohort analyses, pricing tests, and capacity scenarios from scratch, and turn data into clear recommendations
• Automation-nativeyou reach for AI tools instinctively, vibe-code workflows, and eliminate manual work wherever you find it
• Systems-orientedyou instinctively turn recurring work into structured frameworks, not one-off solutions
• Fast context-switcheryou embed into a new function and contribute meaningfully within days
• Strategy and execution-focusedyou drive projects to completion and own outcomes, not just facilitate meetings
• Comfortable across functionsyou move fluidly across finance, GTM, and product without losing clarity or momentum
• Strong communicatorequally crisp writing an exec summary or facilitating a leadership offsite
• Low-egoyou take the unglamorous work as seriously as the high-visibility stuff
