Compensation: $65,000 – $78,000 annually commensurate with experience

We're seeking an experienced, highly organized, and proactive Executive Assistant to the
CEO who brings professionalism, excellent judgment, and an ability to anticipate needs in a
fast-paced, mission-driven environment.
Position Summary
The Executive Assistant to the CEO provides high-level administrative and operational support
that enables the CEO to focus on strategic leadership and organizational growth. This role
requires a versatile, solutions-oriented professional who can manage complex schedules and
calendaring, foster strong professional relationships, coordinate key meetings, executive
support logistics, support events coordination, executive bookkeeping, and serve as a trusted
partner to the CEO.
Key Responsibilities
Executive & Administrative Support
? Manage CEO calendar, meetings, travel logistics, and priority scheduling and other
executive support logistics
? Prepare, proofread, format, and distribute executive correspondence, presentations,
reports, and briefing materials
? Organize materials and logistics for internal leadership meetings, board meetings, and
external engagements
? Track CEO's action items and follow-ups to support organizational alignment
? Lead executive bookkeeping
Communication & Coordination
? Serve as primary liaison between CEO, staff, Board, partners, and external stakeholders
? Draft, edit, and manage high-level email communications
? Answer, screen, and route phone calls and messages with discretion and
professionalism
Project & Systems Support
? Support coordination of CEO-directed projects, initiatives, and organizational priorities
? Maintain organized document systems (electronic and physical) with strict confidentiality
? Advance process improvements to strengthen executive office efficiency
Event & Logistics Support
? Coordinate logistics for leadership events, meetings, site visits, and community
engagements
? Prepare agendas, materials, and follow-up summaries
? Collaborate with other members of Dream Youth Clinic team and/or external partners to
executive CEO driven initiatives.
Qualifications
Required:
? 3–5+ years of executive assistant experience supporting senior leadership (CEO/C-suite
level strongly preferred)
? Exceptional organizational, time-management, and prioritization skills
? Strong written and verbal communication skills
? High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality
? Ability to work independently with sound judgment
? Proficiency with Google Workspace,Microsoft Office, Social Media, LinkedIn, Mailchimp
Preferred:
? Experience in nonprofit, healthcare, youth development, or mission-driven sectors
? Experience supporting board governance or nonprofit leadership
? Comfort in dynamic, adaptive office environments
