Commercial Maintenance Technician (HVAC)

We're looking for a Hybrid - Commercial Maintenance Technician for our client. If you have 2 -5 years of experience in installation, maintenance, troubleshooting and repair of building mechanical systems, including HVAC, plumbing and electrical systems, then this is a great opportunity to grow your career with a company known for excellence.

What You'll Do

• Deliver maintenance services to multiple customer sites efficiently and on time
• Travel to different locations to maintain commercial properties
• Perform preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance
• Troubleshoot and repair building systems, equipment, and grounds
• Handle hands-on tasks across trades (plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, HVAC, etc.)
• Complete work orders, inspections, and service reports using mobile tools
• Maintain clear communication with customers and internal teams
• Ensure all work follows safety standards, regulations, and company procedures
• Source required materials and complete tasks independently
• Build strong customer relationships through quality service and professionalism
• Provide estimates for additional or larger repair work
• Attend safety trainings and comply with company policies
• Travel locally between job sites as required

What You Bring

• 2–5 years of hands-on maintenance experience (or equivalent training)
• Skills across multiple trades (electrical, plumbing, carpentry, HVAC, etc.)
• Ability to troubleshoot and repair building systems effectively
• Familiarity with commercial property maintenance (preferred)
• Basic technical skills (mobile devices, MS Office, reporting tools)
• Strong communication and customer service abilities
• Understanding safety standards and regulatory compliance (e.g., OSHA)
• Relevant certifications/licenses and a valid driver's license
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently
• Problem-solving mindset with attention to quality and detail

Pay: $28 - $33/hr
