About the Role

The Company is seeking two accomplished executives to join their board of directors. The ideal candidates will have a strong financial leadership background in the life sciences industry, particularly within the US market, and a proven track record as a Chief Financial Officer or in a similar senior financial leadership role. Experience as a Member and/or Chairperson of an audit committee is highly valued, and while not mandatory, prior public board experience is considered an asset. Additionally, the board members should possess deep medical and regulatory expertise, with a focus on working with US governing regulatory bodies, including the FDA, and a background in pharmaceutical and/or biotechnology companies, ideally with direct therapeutic experience in rare/orphan diseases.

The successful board members will be part of a respected group of industry professionals and experts, supporting the company's significant growth agenda in the North American rare disease and pharmaceutical market. The role requires individuals who can contribute to the strategic direction of the company, particularly in the areas of financial oversight, regulatory compliance, and medical affairs.
