Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to patients, visitors, and/or staff by following security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a healthcare location.; Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate key details to site leadership and/or emergency services as needed.; Conduct regular and random patrols of buildings, corridors, parking areas, and the perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or access.; Monitor access points and visitor flow, assist with directions and basic information requests, and report unusual activity according to post orders.; Complete routine security-related reports such as patrol logs, incident reports, and shift activity summaries using site and/or Allied Universal reporting tools.
